Our screening process delivers a peace of mind by identifying responsible, financially stable tenants who will respect your property. Every applicant will undergo a strict evaluation/screening process, which includes the following:
Credit History & Background Check
Includes full credit history report, criminal history and eviction checks
Income & Employment Verification
Proof of stable income (typically 3x +rent) and employment history
Rental Ownership History & References
Verification of past tenancy performance and direct contact with previous landlords
Custom Qualification Standards
applicants must meet our high standard for credit score, income and renal history in order to qualify - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Full service tenant placement: once we find you a qualified tenant, we handle move-in readiness, lease management, rent collection, maintenance and repairs and all communication going forward.
